The profileChelsea Elise · Producer, storyteller, student of human behavior
I'm Chelsea. I've built shows, campaigns, audiences and experiences — work where you're paid to understand why people stop, participate, trust and come back. Somewhere in the middle of producing everyone else's ideas, I noticed how casually I was deferring my own.
So I started studying the distance between wanting a life and becoming the woman who builds it.

≈ 2,000 girls auditioned
Two thousand girls auditioned. What I learned wasn't how to be the loudest person in the room. It was how much specificity, presence and emotional connection matter.
Standing out was never about volume. It was about being unmistakably specific.
I got very, very good at making other people's ideas real.
The producer
Every one of them was the same job: turn an idea into something people actually show up for.
What I actually do is build experiences that make people discover something, care about it, participate, tell someone else, and come back.
The funny part is that understanding behavior for an audience turned out to be much easier than understanding my own.
How did I get this good at building everyone else's dreams while quietly postponing parts of my own?
The question that started all of this
The work now
I could deliver enormous projects on deadline for people counting on me. The promises that slipped most easily were the ones where the person waiting was me.
That contradiction became the work: the psychology of becoming. The gap between the life you save and the life you live. The woman you imagine and the woman you practice being.

The part I didn't understand for years
I walked away from acting because I was tired of telling stories about women I didn't want to put into the world. When I left, I believed God told me He'd bring me back to the stage. I assumed He meant acting.
It just took me a while to recognize the set.
Turns out writing, speaking, producing and building a room people want to enter can be stages too.
I'm producing the next chapter in real time — testing the ideas I write about on my own life first. Some work immediately. Some take three attempts and an unflattering amount of self-awareness. That's the point.
