Hi Dream Girl,
Let me guess.
Last January you had the goals. The pretty list. Maybe even the planner. 😂
And somewhere around February… life happened, the list went quiet and those same goals are now sitting on your 2027 vision board looking at you like, “again?”
Babe, that doesn’t mean you’re lazy. It means your plan was built for January-you. Excited, motivated, fresh-start you.
But the woman who actually has to follow through is February-you. Tired-on-a-Tuesday you. Busy-week you.
So this year, we’re building an accountability plan for her.
✨ Before we dive in — if your Pinterest boards are full of the woman you want to become in 2027, grab my free Pinterest to Dream Life Starter Kit. It helps you choose one goal, turn it into a real plan and map your first 5 days of actually doing it. 💗

Step 1: Get Clear on Who She Is (Not Just What She Wants)

Most goal lists are a pile of wants. Lose weight. Save money. Start the business.
But wants don’t make decisions. Identity does.
Do this: Before you write a single goal, describe the woman who already has them. How does she spend Sunday? What does she say no to? What does she do when she doesn’t feel like it?
Example: Instead of “work out more,” write “She moves her body every morning because she likes how she feels, not because she hates how she looks.”
THE BECOMING → You stop chasing goals and start practicing a person.
Step 2: Pick 3 Goals, Not 27
I know. I literally wrote a list of 27 THAT Girl goals. 😂
But that list is a menu, not a to-do list. Twelve goals at once is how every one of them dies in March.
Do this: Circle the 3 that made something in you go “THAT. I want that.” Write them where you’ll see them daily. Everything else waits.
THE BECOMING → Your energy stops leaking into everything and starts building something.
Step 3: Plan for February-You
This is the step nobody teaches, and it’s why the same goals keep following you into another year.
You plan for your best day. Then a hard week hits, you can’t do the “full” version and you decide you failed.
Do this: For each goal, set two levels: the ideal and the minimum, the version you’ll do even on your worst day.
- Ideal: 45-minute workout → Minimum: 10-minute walk
- Ideal: write 1,000 words → Minimum: open the doc and write one sentence
- Ideal: save $200 → Minimum: move $5
THE BECOMING → Bad days stop erasing your progress. You keep the promise small instead of breaking it big.
Step 4: Turn Every Goal Into a Weekly Scene
“Read more” isn’t a plan. It’s a hope.
A goal becomes real when it has a time, a place and a cue, like a scene you already know how to play.
Do this: Write each goal as a scene: “Tuesday and Thursday, 7:30 PM, on the couch with tea, phone in the other room, 20 pages.” Then put it on your actual calendar.
THE BECOMING → You stop waiting to feel motivated and start showing up because it’s simply what happens on Tuesdays.
Step 5: Collect Receipts, Not Streaks
Streaks are fragile. Miss one day and your brain says, “See? You always quit.”
Here’s the psychology: your brain decides who you are based on what keeps happening, not on what you write down.
Do this: Keep a running list in your notes app called “Receipts.” Every time you keep a promise, minimum versions included, add one line. “Walked 10 min when I didn’t want to.”
THE BECOMING → “I never follow through” slowly turns into “Wait… I might actually be someone who does.”
Step 6: Get an Accountability Bestie
Willpower is a terrible accountability partner. She disappears the second life gets loud.
You need someone, or something, that notices when you disappear.
Do this: Choose one: a friend you text your receipts to every Friday, a weekly check-in on your calendar, or a guided system. Make it specific: who, when and what you’ll report.
💗 If you want the system done for you, my Accountability Bestie 30-Day Dream Planner walks you through it day by day, so you’re not relying on motivation alone.
THE BECOMING → Following through stops being a solo fight and becomes something you’re supported in.
Step 7: Do a 10-Minute Sunday Reset
Accountability isn’t a January event. It’s a weekly rhythm.
Do this: Every Sunday, answer three questions:
- What receipts did I collect this week?
- Where did I get stuck, and was the plan too big?
- What’s my one adjustment for next week?
That’s it. Ten minutes, not a full life audit.
Example: “I skipped my workouts every day I had early meetings.” → Adjustment: “On meeting days, my minimum is a 10-minute walk at lunch.” That one sentence just saved your goal.
THE BECOMING → You start adjusting the plan instead of abandoning it.
Step 8: Become the Woman Who Comes Back
You’re going to miss something. A week, maybe a month. Life gets heavy.
Most women don’t lose their goals because they missed. They lose them because missing made them feel like a fraud, so they stopped looking at the plan altogether.
That isn’t the end of the plan. The only real failure is deciding one interruption means you’re not her.
Do this: Write your “come back” rule now, while you’re motivated: “If I miss, I restart with my minimum the very next day. No guilt, no waiting for Monday.”
THE BECOMING → You stop restarting your life every January and start returning to it.
Your 2027 That Girl Accountability Plan at a Glance
Screenshot this. 📲
- Who she is: one paragraph describing the woman who already lives it
- 3 goals: only the ones that made you say “THAT”
- Minimums: the worst-day version of each goal
- Scenes: a day, time and place on your calendar for each
- Receipts list: one line every time you keep a promise
- Accountability bestie: who or what checks in, and when
- Sunday reset: 3 questions, 10 minutes
- Come back rule: miss once, restart with your minimum the next day

Final Word
You don’t need a better list in 2027.
You need a plan that still works when you’re tired, busy and not feeling it. Because that’s when the woman you’re becoming actually gets built.
Pick your 3 goals. Set your minimums. Start collecting receipts.
And this time next year, you won’t be rewriting the same goals. You’ll be looking back at proof. 💗
