The Ultimate That Girl Dream Life Clarity Guide

Hey bestie,

This morning I was driving my daughter to school down PCH — that iconic drive through Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, and Malibu that people travel across the world to see.

Except today? Complete fog. Couldn’t see a thing. Just a big gray mass of nothing.

And I thought: if someone flew to LA specifically to see this view today, they’d be devastated. They’d probably think it was all fake, that the beauty everyone talks about doesn’t actually exist.

But the view is still there. It’s just hidden.

Your dream life feels like that right now, doesn’t it?

You’re doing the morning routines. Drinking the matcha. Reading the self-help books. Journaling. Following all the That Girl content. And yet your life still doesn’t look like your Pinterest boards.

It feels like maybe your dream life is fake. Like maybe it’s not actually possible for you. Like maybe you’ve been pinning lies for years.

But babe — the dream life is there. You just can’t see it through the fog yet.

And that fog? It’s called lack of clarity.

The most important ingredient for your That Girl dream life transformation isn’t motivation. It isn’t discipline. It isn’t manifesting harder or working more.

It’s clarity.

Let’s clear the fog together.

Why You’re Stuck Despite Doing All the Things

dream life

Here’s what’s actually happening:

You wake up early. You do the 5AM club. You make the green smoothie. You wear the matching workout set. You journal. You listen to the podcasts. You read the books. You save all the pins.

And yet… nothing changes.

Your life still doesn’t look like your Pinterest board. You still feel stuck. You still don’t know what you actually want or how to get there.

This is the clarity gap.

You’re taking action without direction. You’re doing all the That Girl habits without a clear vision of YOUR specific dream life. You’re following everyone else’s roadmap to their dream life instead of creating your own.

It’s like driving through fog with no GPS. You’re moving, but you have no idea if you’re going in the right direction.

And here’s the brutal truth: you can’t build your dream life without clarity on what that dream life actually is.

Not the aesthetic version. Not the Pinterest fantasy. Not what you think you should want.

YOUR specific, authentic, this-is-what-I-actually-want dream life.

That’s what clarity gives you. And without it, you’re just spinning your wheels looking cute.

The That Girl Clarity Framework

Okay, let’s get you clear. Here’s the exact framework I use and teach:

Step 1: Define What “Dream Life” Actually Means to You

The Problem: You say “dream life” but you don’t actually know what that means for you specifically.

The Clarity Work:

Open your Pinterest boards right now. Look at what you’re actually saving. Not what you think you should want — what you’re genuinely drawn to.

Ask yourself:

  • What patterns do I see across all my boards?
  • What emotions do these pins evoke?
  • What’s the lifestyle behind these aesthetics?
  • What am I actually craving? (Not the coffee cup, the FEELING the coffee cup represents)

Example: You’re not saving aesthetic apartment pics because you want that specific couch. You’re saving them because you’re craving peace, sanctuary, a space that feels like YOU.

Get specific.

  • Not “I want to be healthy” → “I want to wake up with energy, move my body joyfully, and feel strong”
  • Not “I want to be successful” → “I want to work from home on projects I care about and make $X while having flexibility”
  • Not “I want to look good” → “I want to feel confident in my skin and express myself through style”

Action: Write down your dream life in 5 specific categories: Home, Career/Money, Body/Health, Relationships, Daily Routine.

Step 2: Identify the Gap Between Here and There

The Problem: You know where you want to be but you’re overwhelmed by the distance.

The Clarity Work:

For each category from Step 1, do this exercise:

Current Reality → Dream Reality → The Gap

Example – Career:

  • Current: Working 9-5 job I tolerate, trading time for money, exhausted
  • Dream: Working from home on my own business, making $5K/month, flexible schedule
  • Gap: Need to start business, build income while working, transition strategy

This clarity work shows you: You don’t need to quit your job tomorrow (overwhelming). You need to start a side business and build it to $5K/month first (specific, actionable).

Action: Map the gap for all 5 categories. Get brutally honest about where you are vs where you want to be.

Step 3: Create Your Strategic Roadmap (Not Just Goals)

The Problem: You set goals but never reach them because you don’t have a clear path.

The Clarity Work:

Take your gap from Step 2 and reverse-engineer it into 90-day milestones.

Not: “I want to make $5K/month from my business”
But:

  • Month 1: Decide on business idea, research, start building
  • Month 2: Launch offer, get first 5 clients at $500 each = $2.5K
  • Month 3: Refine offer, get 10 clients at $500 each = $5K

See the difference? One is a vague wish. One is a strategic roadmap with specific actions.

The That Girl Secret: Break every big dream into 90-day chunks. 90 days is long enough to see real transformation but short enough to maintain momentum.

Action: For each category, create your 90-day roadmap. What needs to happen in Month 1, 2, and 3 to close that gap?

Step 4: Track With Clarity (Not Just Motivation)

The Problem: You lose sight of your goals because you don’t track them properly.

The Clarity Work:

You need a goal tracking system that keeps you clear on:

  • Where you’re going (the dream)
  • Where you are (current progress)
  • What to do next (next action)

My favorite tracking methods:

Daily Clarity Check-In (5 minutes):

  • Morning: What’s the ONE action today that moves me toward my dream life?
  • Evening: Did I do it? What did I learn?

Weekly Progress Review (15 minutes):

  • What moved forward this week?
  • What clarity do I need for next week?
  • Am I still on track with my 90-day roadmap?

Monthly Dream Life Audit:

  • Review all 5 categories
  • Adjust roadmap based on what’s working
  • Celebrate wins (even small ones)

Use my 30 Day Accountability Bestie Planner — it’s designed specifically for tracking your dream life progress with clarity.

Why Clarity Changes Everything

When you have clarity:

✨ You stop scrolling Pinterest feeling jealous and start using it as strategic planning
✨ You stop trying every trend and start building YOUR specific dream life
✨ You stop feeling overwhelmed and start taking clear, focused action
✨ You stop comparing to others because you’re clear on YOUR path
✨ You stop second-guessing and start moving with confidence

Clarity is the difference between:

  • Wandering in fog vs. following your GPS
  • Trying everything vs. doing what actually works for YOU
  • Hoping someday vs. building strategically NOW
  • Pinterest dreamer vs. dream life CEO

The Truth About Your Dream Life

Your dream life isn’t fake, babe.

It’s not some Pinterest fantasy that only works for other girls. It’s not impossible. It’s not out of reach.

It’s just hidden in fog right now.

And fog clears with clarity.

When you get clear on what you actually want (not what you think you should want), when you map the gap between here and there, when you create a strategic roadmap instead of just setting vague goals, when you track with intention instead of just hoping…

The fog lifts. And you see it. Your dream life. Right there. Closer than you thought.

The girls living their Pinterest boards aren’t luckier than you. They aren’t more talented. They don’t have secret family money (okay maybe some do, but that’s not the point).

They just got clear and took strategic action.

And now it’s your turn.

Stop doing all the things hoping something sticks. Get clear on YOUR dream life. Build YOUR roadmap. Take YOUR action.

The view is there, gorgeous. Let’s clear the fog together.
