Hi Dream Girl,
Yes, we’re doing the skin, the hair, the body and the outfits. 💅
But here’s what nobody tells you about becoming unrecognizable: a new serum alone has never done it. 😂
The women who look completely different a year from now changed how they look and how they live: their standards, their routines, what they tolerate. That’s why their glow up stuck.
So these 27 that girl glow up tips start with your physical glow up (face, hair, body and style), then cover the inside stuff that makes it last.
✨ Before we dive in — if your Pinterest boards already show the woman you want to become in 2027, grab my free Pinterest to Dream Life Starter Kit. Choose one glow up goal, turn it into a plan and map your first 5 days. 💗

How to Use This List
Don’t try all 27. That’s how every glow up dies in February.
Star 3 tips: one physical, one lifestyle, one that scares you a little. Do them for 30 days, even the lazy version on hard days. Then pick the next 3.

The Glow Up Secret Nobody’s Selling You: Do Less
Scroll for five minutes and someone’s telling you to add something. A 10-step skincare routine. A 20-step hair routine. Three new superfoods. Another serum. 😂
But here’s what actually made me unrecognizable: I made everything simpler.
I stopped doing a sheet mask every night and started doing one clay mask a week. I have one or two face washes I love and one or two moisturizers I love. No more three serums and four moisturizers fighting each other on my face.
Same with food. I stopped chasing every “glow up food” and focused on high-protein, whole foods, fewer processed foods and eating a lot of the same meals. Boring? Maybe. But boring and consistent beat exciting and abandoned every single time.
Throwing spaghetti at the wall feels productive. But when you do 15 things, you can’t tell what’s working, you burn out by February and you blame yourself instead of the plan.
More isn’t better. Consistent is better. So as you read these tips, look for what you can simplify, not just what you can add.
THE BECOMING → You stop chasing every new routine and become the woman whose few simple habits quietly change everything.
Skin & Face Glow Up
1. Build a 3-step skincare routine you’ll actually do every day
Cleanser, moisturizer, SPF in the morning. A 10-step routine you skip loses to a 3-step routine you never miss. Consistency is what makes skin glow.
2. Wear SPF every single day
The least glamorous glow up tip and the one that matters most. Sun damage is the biggest thing that ages skin.
3. Get your brows done
Shaped, tinted or laminated. Brows frame your whole face, which is why this one change makes people say, “Did you do something different?”
4. Find your 5-minute “no-makeup” makeup
Skin tint, concealer, brows, mascara, lip balm. Practice it until you can do it in the car. 😂
5. Brighten your smile
Whitening strips, a lip scrub and a tinted balm. Your smile is in every photo and every first impression.
THE BECOMING → You stop chasing a different face and start taking consistent care of the one you have.
Hair Glow Up
6. Get a cut for the hair you actually have
Not the Pinterest photo with a totally different texture. Ask your stylist for a shape that works with your hair on a lazy day.
7. Protect it while you sleep
Silk pillowcase, loose braid or scrunchie and heat protectant before every hot tool. Healthy hair is mostly about what you stop doing to it.
8. Master one signature hairstyle
A sleek bun, a blowout, a claw clip twist. One go-to look you can do in 5 minutes makes you look put together every day.
9. Book a trim or gloss every 8–10 weeks
Split ends and brassy color make hair look tired even when you style it. A regular trim or gloss keeps it looking healthy.
THE BECOMING → Your hair stops being a daily stress and becomes part of your signature.
Body Glow Up
10. Pick movement you won’t hate by February
Walking, Pilates, dance, lifting. The best workout is the one you’ll still be doing in March.
11. Fix your posture
Shoulders back, chin level, phone at eye level. It’s free, instant and makes you look more confident in every photo.
12. Protect your sleep like an appointment
Same bedtime, phone out of the bed. Half the “glow” people notice is just a rested face.
13. Drink water and eat protein first
Water before coffee, protein at breakfast. Your skin, energy and cravings all respond.
14. Upgrade your body care
Exfoliate twice a week, body oil on damp skin and a body scent you love. Soft skin is a glow up nobody sees and you feel all day.
15. Keep clean girl nails
Short, shaped, buffed and moisturized. Neat nails make every outfit look more expensive.
THE BECOMING → You start caring for your body consistently instead of punishing it occasionally.
Style Glow Up
16. Find your signature outfit formula
The one combination that makes getting dressed easy and makes you feel GOOD. Repeat it shamelessly.
17. Wear the clothes you keep saving
Stop waiting for the trip, the body or the event. Wear the outfit on a Tuesday.
18. Choose a signature scent
The perfume that makes you feel 17% more powerful for no reason. 😂 Feeling like her helps you act like her.
THE BECOMING → You stop postponing self-expression until some future version of you earns it.
Mind Glow Up
19. Write the woman, not the wish list
Describe her before you set goals. How does she spend Sunday? What does she refuse to do? Your decisions follow your identity, not your to-do list.
20. Keep a receipts list
Every time you keep a promise to yourself, write one line. Your brain decides who you are based on what keeps happening.
21. Consume less, apply more
For every glow up video you watch, do one thing from it that same day. Saving isn’t becoming.
THE BECOMING → You stop collecting inspiration and start collecting evidence.
Life Glow Up
22. Make one room the Pinterest version
Not the whole house. One room. Declutter it, move things around, buy the lamp.
23. Clean up your phone
Unfollow. Mute. Turn off notifications. Your attention is the most expensive thing you own.
24. Give your savings a destination
“Save more” never works. “$1,200 for Italy” does. Money moves when it has a purpose.
25. Make one brave move every month
Apply. Pitch. Post the work. Send the email. Confidence comes after the brave thing, not before.
26. Choose who gets your energy
Who makes you expand? Who makes you shrink? Not everyone gets a front-row seat to who you’re becoming.

27. Write your comeback rule
“If I miss, I restart with my minimum the next day.” Unrecognizable women still miss days. They just come back faster.
THE BECOMING → You stop needing to feel ready before you act like her.

Final Word
You don’t become unrecognizable by doing all 27 at once.
You become unrecognizable by choosing three, doing them on your worst days and letting a year of small changes show up in your mirror and your life.
